Either of these two methods will create a new ticket in the Help Desk system which will assign it to the appropriate staff member, and allow us to track it's progress.
In addition, a "Help Request" link to this new site is also provided on the left side menu of our Web site. Please refer to images below.
Angreal Solutions has a new Help Desk web site. This new capability will allow help requests to get sent to our staff sooner than using direct e-mail. In addition, it will allow us to better track the progress of your support request in order to resolve it as soon as possible.
